Micropolisher for various crankshafts.
This machine is designed to allow Micropolish Arm
units to slide behind headstock and tailstock. This
allows up to (7) polishing units that can traverse the
entire length of workpiece.

and 60 inch long workpiece.
Item 1.02 (1) QPAC Heavy-Duty Headstock (QA307) with variable speed drive
for spindle rotation with electric motor (2 HP, 1800 RPM) and with

Item 1.15 (1) QPAC Micropolishing Certification System -Tailstock will not
retract until all bearings are Micropolished properly. Color diagram
of crankshaft on Panel View changes color of each bearing from red
to green to show Micropolish process on that bearing is complete.
This information can be downloaded to your host computer for
warrant issues, etc. This system includes a manual type teach
system which allows the operator to program for each crankshaft.
(Designed for 80 crankshaft programs)

electric motor and bag type filter with automatic coolant application
and coolant base flush hose and hose reel. (Water soluble or oil)
